Ingredients

  • 25 oz dry red wine Traditional sangria is made with Spanish wine like Tempranillo.
  • 3 oz Brandy liquor
  • 16 oz club soda
  • 3 tablespoons sweetener Adjust to suit your taste.

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a serving pitcher. Stir well.
  • Taste repeatedly. Add additional sweetener as necessary. If the sangria is too sweet a small addition of Brandy (start with a tablespoon) will help.
  • Store in the fridge to chill or serve over ice.
  • The sangria will last up to 2 days stored in the fridge.
