25 oz dry red wine Traditional sangria is made with Spanish wine like Tempranillo. 3 oz Brandy liquor 16 oz club soda 3 tablespoons sweetener Adjust to suit your taste.
Add all of the ingredients to a serving pitcher. Stir well.
Taste repeatedly. Add additional sweetener as necessary. If the sangria is too sweet a small addition of Brandy (start with a tablespoon) will help.
Store in the fridge to chill or serve over ice.
The sangria will last up to 2 days stored in the fridge.
