- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika Regular paprika will also work.
- 1 teaspoon red cayenne pepper Add more for additional heat if very spicy is preferred.
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground oregano
- salt to taste

Notes
The spices make a little less than 2 tablespoons.
I typically use 2 tablespoons (1 serving) for 1 ½ to 2 pounds of meat.
There's no substitute for white pepper. Omit it if you wish.
