Season the patties with liquid smoke, Worcestershire, olive oil, and the burger seasoning.
Place the burgers onto the grill, but don't press down. A minute prior to removing the burgers, top each with a slice of cheese (if preferred).
Choose your favorite burger buns.
If you like, toast the buns for about a minute while the cheese melts.
Serve burgers with your favorite toppings, like lettuce, tomato, and onions.
