Saute the onions and garlic until translucent and fragrant. Add the chicken broth to deglaze the pan.

Begin to layer in the greens and add them in batches.

Add in the Creole Seasoning and smoked turkey. Bring the pot to a boil, then cover and cook for 2 hours.
