Creamy Seafood Pot Pie Recipe

This Creamy Seafood Pot Pie is super easy to make and it's the perfect comfort food recipe that the whole family will LOVE! 👉

Ingredients

– Jumbo lump crab  – Lobster meat  – Raw shrimp  – Frozen mixed vegetables – Pie crusts  – Chicken broth – Milk  – All-purpose flour *ingredient details below

Step 1

Cook the lobster meat and shrimp for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Add in the frozen vegetables and crab.

Step 2

Stir and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the cream of seafood soup and stir. Taste repeatedly.

Step 3

Brush the bottom and sides of a cast-iron skillet with olive oil. Add a pie crust to the bottom of the cast iron.

Step 4

Pour in the seafood mixture. Top with a second pie crust. Cut slits in the middle of the top crust to vent the pot pie.

Step 5

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow the pot pie to cool for at least 10 minutes prior to slicing.
