WHEW! 2018, where did the time go? I honestly can’t believe it has been 1 year since I wrote this same exact blog post for 2017. 2018 marked Year 2 for Stay Snatched. There has been so much growth on Stay Snatched this past year. I have also grown so much, both personally and professionally. I actually do not want to say goodbye to this year.
This year I launched my first cookbook, The Super Easy Air Fryer Cookbook, the blog reached heights I never even dreamed of, and I quit my job to take this business full time.
I want to first thank my readers. You all make an amazing tribe and I appreciate the support. I get so many emails, direct messages, comments, etc. from you all that make me smile! Some even make me tear up. I love to hear how my recipes impact your lives and the lives of your family.
I launched Stay Snatched because I did not feel there were many resources out in the world that provide quick and easy recipes that are healthy, yet still comforting. My style of eating has been a huge part of my lifestyle for six years now. I am blessed that I can share my methods with you all.
I plan to keep on pushing throughout 2019. You can still expect plenty of recipes from me. As I reflect and see how fast 2018 has come and gone, I also plan to pause and be present more often. Thank you for your support and cheers to 2019!
