Pita Bread Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 slices pita bread
- 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen No-Dairy White Pizza Sauce
- 8 ounces cooked and cubed chicken breast I season mine with Italian Seasoning.
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 oz sliced olives
- 1 oz sliced onions
- 1 oz sliced mushrooms
Instructions
Baking
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the slices of pita bread.
- Add the toppings throughout.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Air Fryer
- Spread the pizza sauce over the slices of pita bread.
- Add the toppings throughout.
- Air fry for 4-6 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
