This post will show you how to bake pepperoni slices into chips or even air fry them!
What Type of Pepperoni to Use
I use uncured and free of nitrates, chemicals, and additives. Cured meats use chemicals and additives while uncured meats rely on natural salts and flavorings.
Can You Season the Chips?
I like to add a little Italian Seasoning, but you don't have to add anything if you don't want to.

Crispy Pepperoni Chips
Ingredients
- 7 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Sprinkle the slices of pepperoni with Italian Seasoning.
Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and add the pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until crisp. The pepperoni will produce oil as it bakes. For really crisp chips, check in as they bake and blot away excess oil to ensure the chips crisp up.
Air Fryer Instructions
- Add the pepperoni to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes (or until crisp) on 400 degrees.

The facts that you sent this on the perfect day. I made a pizza casserole the other day and have a ton of pepperoni left. I was literally wondering yesterday what I could do with them. I’m making these right now. A perfect snack.
