My brother is currently on the Keto diet and I needed something to make him, so I tried these cheesy biscuits. WOW! We all loved them!

This is such a lifesaver on Keto! It's hard to go without bread-like items and these came out so tasty. I love that they're quick and easy to make as well!

Can these be frozen? If so how would you go about reheating them?

    • staysnatched says

Yes. Defrost overnight. I would not reheat from frozen.

This is my second batch. Husband says they taste like Red Lobster's biscuits and requested them for our Christmas dinner. They are so very good. They do freeze well. A new favorite of ours.

Some recipes to tell you not to use pre grated cheese.
In this recipe can I use pre grated mozzarella cheese?

    • staysnatched says

I never use pre-grated. It isn't quality cheese. It's coated in preservatives, potato starch, and doesn't melt as good as real cheese on a block that you grate yourself.

I never write reviews on these things, but I had to make an exception this time. These biscuits are amazing! So light and fluffy! I made my first batch this morning and had two with a little sausage gravy and had to go back and eat one more! I immediately regretted that because they are so filling…

Thank you so much for the great recipe!

      You're welcome.

@staysnatched, I am not able to eat dairy. Could I sub Kite Hill cream cheese, maybe Daiya shreds?

      • staysnatched says

I’ve never tried those and have no experience with them.

  12. Susan says

Can't wait to try these! Question......I know a lot of keto bread/cupcakes use a min-muffin tin.....so is this recipe for a standard size muffin tin or mini? Thanks! Susan

    • staysnatched says

It's for standard, but you can use whatever you want.

  13. Joan says

Sounds wonderful and I will make as is. All your recipes are great. I was wondering if you have tried to use carbalose flour? I have bought some and am going to start trying to sub it for all purpose flour. Just wondered if you had tried to make anything with it?

    • staysnatched says

      No I haven’t.
