- 4 garlic cloves Minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano 2 teaspoons if using dried.
- 1/4 cup olive oil I use extra virgin.
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl or food processor (for smooth consistency).
- Stir or pulse until the sauce reaches your desired texture.
