Butter Pecan Ice Cream Dessert Protein Smoothie

This butter pecan ice cream dessert protein smoothie is the perfect quick and easy treat. This smoothie provides great options for breakfast, post-workout boosts, and dessert!

While maintaining a healthy lifestyle I often find it challenging to find guilt-free dessert options. Finding a guilt-free option that also has added health benefits is even twice as hard. I decided the only way to move past this is to come up with my own dessert recipes. And oh what a score that this one adds a boost of protein!

Butter Pecan Protein Smoothie

I love smoothie recipes because they are perfect for on-the-go lifestyles. You simply combine all of your ingredients in the blender and you are off on your way.

Butter Pecan Protein Smoothie

These same ingredients can be enjoyed without the blender, too! If you are just looking to enjoy a small bowl of ice cream I would recommend adding the ice cream to the bowl. Stir in the Greek yogurt.

Then only use half of the protein serving noted below, ditch the ice and almond. Drizzle the raw honey over the top! And VOILA!  There are truly a bunch of ways to get creative with these ingredients.
