These Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells are the perfect pasta dish for your weeknight dinner or meal prep!  👉

INGREDIENTS

– All-purpose flour – Dry white wine  – Parmesan Reggiano Cheese – Italian Seasoning – Jumbo pasta shells  – Raw shrimp  – Lobster meat – Lump crab meat *all ingredients below

Cook the pasta shells. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in flour and stir until thickened.

Add heavy cream, almond milk, and white wine. Stir. Add in garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian Seasoning, and salt and pepper.

Heat the skillet. Add in butter. When melted, add in shrimp and lobster. Cook for 3-4 minutes on both sides until cooked through.

Add cream cheese, shrimp, lobster, crab, spinach, cheese, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste to a bowl. Stir to combine.

Pour the pasta sauce into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Load the seafood mixture into each of the pasta shells.

Sprinkle the mozzarella throughout. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
