This juicy boneless chicken breast is seasoned with spices and grilled to perfection. You can use this recipe for any indoor grill you have including the Ninja Foodi and Cosori. I love to use the Cosori Indoor Grill, you can read my review of the grill here.
This is the easiest way to get the grilled chicken flavor we all love while keeping a smoke-free house and staying indoors. You can season the wings with my Dry Rub for Chicken recipe.
How to Make Grilled Chicken on Ninja Foodi Grill
Detailed measurements and full instructions can be found in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Insert the grill grate into the pot.
- Preheat the grill on Medium 450 degrees and set for 15 minute cook time.
- Drizzle the chicken with oil on both sides and and season.
- Once preheated add the chicken to the grill.
Grill Temperature
I use the medium setting and 450 degrees.
Cook Time/How Long to Cook
Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees. Use a meat thermometer.
How to Tell When the Chicken has Finished Cooking
For properly cooked chicken, if you cut into it and the juices run clear, then the chicken is fully cooked. If the juices are red or have a pinkish color, your chicken may need to be cooked a bit longer. For safety you should ensure it has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
How to Store the Chicken/How Long Will it Last in the Fridge
Leftover chicken should be stored covered and tightly sealed in the fridge for 3-4 days.
How to Reheat
I recommend you use the air fryer or indoor grill following the same temperature and watch closely until the chicken is warm. You can use the microwave but it usually dries out chicken.
How to Get Juicy Chicken Breasts
The best way to get juicy chicken breasts is to marinate the chicken in liquid for at least 2 hours to overnight. My favorite way to marinate is with 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (or liquid aminos) and a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
Marinating the chicken will break down the proteins, tenderize it, and keep the meat from drying out.
