It seems like there is a huge craze going now with vegans and vegetarians turning to cauliflower wings to replace chicken wings. I will be the first to tell you, these cauliflower bites are AMAZING, but I will still be eating my Air Fryer Buffalo Wings.

If you find these are a great replacement for you, then awesome! But that’s my truth statement on the matter! Chicken wings are chicken wings…..period.

This dish makes a great appetizer or side dish pairing for any meal.

How to Make Crispy and Crunchy Cauliflower

To get the cauliflower crispy you will need oil. I love to use this oil sprayer from Amazon.

How to Store Leftovers

Leftovers will last in the fridge for 2-3 days, tightly sealed.

Recipe Tips

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  • If you find the cauliflower is not crisping, spritz more oil.
  • The longer you cook the cauliflower, the more it will crisp.
  • You can add breading (almond flour or breadcrumbs) if you wish.
